| Well here we go
again! Way back in 2008 (that's two years ago) we did a
great event that we ended up calling "The Davis House Drive" The idea came for the drive when Steve and Cindy Golliher joined the Roving Roadsters back in 2008, I called Steve to welcome him to our little group. As we chatted, it became obvious that Steve had made a terrible mistake. He and Cindy run a Bed & Breakfast and they can't get away on weekends without cutting into their source of cash! An idea spawned, when Steve and I both came to the same conclusion. If we were to do a drive to Crawfordsville Indiana and stay at their B&B, The Davis House, (See why we call it The Davis House Drive). Then Steve could plan the drives and we could all have fun. What we did not know when we planned the drive for the weekend that the Indy 500 was the following weekend and Bump Day was the Sunday of the Davis House Weekend. We're gunna do it again! The Davis House Bed and Breakfast is an elegant Italianate design home built in the 1860’s in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The home is located on West Wabash Avenue, approximately .4 mile west of the Wabash College campus. |

| Evening: | Cocktails The Davis House (BYOB) | |
| Dinner: | Creekside Lodge (Crawfordsville) | |
| 5/22 Sat: | Morning: | Drive through Park County to visit some covered bridges and mills in and near Mansfield and Bridgeton. |
| Lunch: | Downtown Rockville, Some neat shops for those that like neat little shops | |
| Afternoon: | Visit Turkey Run State Park and take a short walk/hike to digest lunch and then some more driving to Deer's Mill Covered Bridge. | |
| Evening: | Cocktails The Davis House (BYOB) | |
| Dinner: | The Country Affair Restaurant (Casual with moderate prices) | |
| 5/23 Sun: | Morning: | Drive to Indianapolis Motor Speedway (Arrive about 11:00 AM). Visit the Indy Museum and hopefully be able to walk around and see some Indy cars as it’s Bump Day for the Indy 500. |
| Lunch: | At the Speedway | |
| Afternoon: | Tour Speedway and head home (Maybe a dinner in Cincinnati) |

The B&B has four double rooms. Cheryl and Chris are taking the "East Asia Room" (See http://www.thedavishouse.net/rooms.html). The next three rooms will go to the folks that call/email the Gollihers first.
